In Brazil, our Presidents have 4 year-mandate of full power. If re-elected, he has another 4-year of representative power, of which the guidelines they had approved will be treated through Commercial Agreements, and all the President does then is signing Agreements and being present within the International Committees Reunions.

In the U.S., the President goes through a 2-year transitioning period, for which the former team, the current Congress and the current Senate decides most things (similar to Federialism). He rules for other 2 years. If re-elected, he rules for four full years (along with the Congress), and decides many things of the next President's mandate's trasitioning period, as an interim, upon request of the Congress.

Another woman is currently transitioning with Mr. ****.

A second mandate is always on the table for the Brazilian President, since the Re-election was statuted in 1997, though it is almost improbable to consider that any Congressman that supports the second mandate would change their family unit for his wive's incursion in a Statesman's family in the U.S. as a swap, due to harshly tradicional portay of our political society in Brazil.

The Suplicy's were brave and faced the prejudice of divorce, but they had strong politic back up for their decision, not impelled by selfish motivation or illegal appeal.

No one knows what she intends with such harming connections.

Some people say that she wants to assume a second condition as a First-Lady in a North American State in the East Coast.
